TERMS OF TRADE: CASH BEFORE DELIVERY (CBD)

Any Order placed by the Customer and/or acceptance of a Pro-forma Invoice from the Supplier constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all "Cash Before Delivery" transactions where a credit facility has not been granted or has been suspended.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST and freight unless otherwise stated on the Pro-forma Invoice.

A Pro-forma Invoice is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. If payment is not received within this period, the Supplier reserves the right to adjust pricing or cancel the order.

Full Pre-payment: Payment in full (including the price of Goods, GST, and any applicable freight charges) must be received in cleared funds prior to the dispatch of any Goods.

Payment Methods: Payments must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Credit Card (surcharges may apply).

Order Processing: Production or picking of Goods will not commence until the Supplier confirms receipt of the total amount due.

No Credit: No Goods will be dispatched on credit or "Open Account" under these specific terms.

Estimated delivery times start from the date cleared funds are confirmed in the Supplier's bank account, not the date of the Order.

Risk in the Goods passes to the Customer immediately upon delivery to the Customer’s nominated address or upon collection by the Customer’s carrier.

Title to the Goods passes to the Customer only when the Supplier has received payment in full.

Once payment is received and the Order is processed, the Customer may not cancel the Order without written consent from the Supplier.

If a cancellation is approved, the Supplier reserves the right to deduct a 15% restocking/administration fee from any refund.

The Customer must inspect the Goods on delivery.

Any claims for shortages or damage must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt.

Perishable pet food products cannot be returned for "change of mind" once dispatched.

To the extent permitted by law, the Supplier’s liability is limited to the replacement of the Goods or the refund of the price paid. The Supplier is not liable for any consequential loss or loss of profits.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
